Tech-Aid Institute ships via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail to customers in the United States and Canada.

Tech-Aid processes and fulfills all orders within 72 hours of receipt. Your order should be received within 5 to 10 business days from receipt of your order, allowing for standard USPS delivery schedules. ^Top
We are pleased to give you a discount for quantity orders. If you order 5 or more of the same interactive teaching software program or 5 or more of the same video DVD program, you will receive a 15% discount. For larger quantities, please call us toll free at 888-743-2692 or email sales@TechAidInstitute.com for a quote.
Our quantity discount applies to USB flash drive, CD-ROM, DVD-ROM and video DVD products.
To receive the discount, the products must be purchased at the same time on the same order.

We ask that you first preview the demos and video samples available on "Our Products" page of this Site before ordering. Our goal is to provide programs that help with your needs at affordable prices. At this time, once the product is opened it is not returnable. If you order and feel there is a technical problem, please contact us within 90 days of purchase and we will attempt to resolve any difficulties in a timely way. Tech-Aid Institute warrants for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase, that each teaching software program on USB flash drive, CD-ROM, DVD-ROM or video DVD sold is free from defects and works on the published system requirements. In the event the product contains a defect or does not conform to our published system requirements, upon receipt of the defective merchandise, Tech-Aid will inspect the merchandise to verify the defect or nonconformance. If the product is defective or does not conform to specification, Tech-Aid, at its sole discretion, will replace the defective product or provide a refund to the customer. Please contact Tech-Aid for return authorization prior to shipping the product back. After we have authorized the return, using a traceable service such as registered U.S. Postal Service or UPS, send the product in its original product container, with shipping notice or your name and address, and description of the problem to:

If it is determined that the product is defective, the customer will be reimbursed for shipping expenses. ^Top
Tech-Aid accepts online, telephone, and fax orders using VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by check through the mail (see below).
